Intense Medical Role Play: Operating Theatre Session with Dr Amy & Dr Jane

One of the things I love most about what I do is creating highly immersive, bespoke scenes for my clients. Recently, a regular gentleman who has a deep passion for medical role play booked a double session with myself and the wonderful Dr Amy (Aunty Amy). We decided to take things to the next level by transforming my Wiltshire studio into a fully equipped operating theatre. The atmosphere was clinical, precise, and deliciously intimidating.

Preparation is key

Dressed head-to-toe in authentic medical scrubs, scrub caps, gowns, gloves, masks, and aprons, Dr Amy and I looked every inch the professional surgical team. We ushered our nervous patient into the room and began with a thorough examination: blood pressure check, chest auscultation, and heart monitoring. His vital signs told us everything — he was already excited and anxious in the best possible way.

Next came a thorough enema to ensure he was properly prepared for theatre. Once ready, he was instructed to move to the operating table.

The Procedure

He was securely fastened to the table with medical restraints and then respectfully draped. We guided him through some calming breathing techniques to help him relax before the simulated operation began. The “surgery” was intense and highly realistic in feel. He was plugged with an electric probe, subjected to careful urethra sounding, and treated to the constant clatter of surgical instruments echoing around the room. His heart rate spiked beautifully with every sound and sensation. We maintained control with intermittent guided breathing instructions throughout. At one point we even “took a sample” for analysis, keeping him fully immersed in the fantasy.

The Aftermath

By the end of the procedure, our patient was shaking uncontrollably — not from fear, but from pure adrenaline and exhilaration. He later told us it was one of the most intense and satisfying medical fetish experiences he had ever had.
